DELEGATES registering for Cape Biotechnology Forum 2010 must complete: |

| When registering for Cape Biotechnology Forum 2010 |

- submit Registration Form on-line
- do NOT attach payment with initital registration submission
- delegates will receive confirmation of receipt of registration together with an invoice for fees payable
- Cape Bioforum bank details will be on this invoice so that Electronic transfers and direct deposits can be made
- receipts of payment will be e-mailed to delegates
- Cancellations may be made before 10 March 2010 (an administration fee of R 300 will be charged) After this date cancellations amy not be made but substitutions will be accepted
- Registration fee includes attendance at Technical Sessions, Book of Abstracts, all refreshmentsd
- Connference DInnner (at Moyo on Thursday 25 March) . Due to limited space complimentary tickets will be allocated to the first 100 delegates who register and wish to attend. Please indicate on the Registration Form if you wish to receive a ticket for Moyo. A few tickets have been allocated for partners at a cost of R 350. These are available from Meg Winter (meg.winter@uct.ac.za)
